🎯 Lesson Goal
In this lesson, you will learn how to describe people with simple words. You will learn to use be-verbs to say how people look and what they have.
🧠 Grammar Focus
We use the verb ‘be’ to describe people with adjectives or nouns. Use ‘am’ with I, ‘is’ with he, she, or it, and ‘are’ with you, we, and they. We use ‘have’ or ‘has’ for features such as hair and eyes. Use ‘have’ with I, you, we, and they, and ‘has’ with he, she, and it. Examples: I am happy. She is tall. He has blue eyes. They have long hair.
📖 Short Reading
Anna is a woman. She is tall and slim. She has long brown hair. Her eyes are blue. Anna is friendly. She works at a school. Every day, she meets her friends. They are happy to see each other.
