Enfoque gramatical
We use the verb ‘to be’ to say where things are. The form is ‘is’ or ‘are’. ‘Is’ is for one thing. ‘Are’ is for more things. The sentence order is: subject + verb + place. For example, The chair is in the kitchen. The beds are in the bedrooms. Do not use ‘is’ with more things. Use ‘are’ with many things. Here are some examples: The table is in the dining room. The lamps are on the tables. The sofa is in the living room. The shelves are in the study room.
