Calling an Office
Ben calls an office, but the manager is busy. The receptionist answers the phone and asks him to hold on. After a minute, she says the manager cannot speak. Ben leaves a message and asks the manager to call back. Before hanging up, the receptionist reminds Ben to check his email for a document.
